Dear Renata,
I ran out of Tylenol and Ibuprophen on Monday, and I rely on both of them, for I have injuries from a very bad accident in 2005 that have never healed.  Hips and sacrum have been very badly affected.  Normally, if I have real work to do, especially involving stooping and bending, I need to take some pain med and then wait a half hour for it to take effect before I start working.
